The COGS community outcomes for Rodney/North Shore are:

  • communities are strengthened and safer, more integrated, less isolated and vulnerable
  • wellbeing for children, young people, men, women, older people and whanau/families is being achieved
  • more people are accessing services and activities that meet their needs
  • volunteers are valued, well trained, supported and proactively encouraged
  • social and cultural diversity is celebrated, validated and supported
  • people are engaged, connected and encouraged to participate in their communities to foster a sense of belonging
  • Whānau Ora or Kaupapa Māori services are well resourced and supported.
